and this is what i got for two individual size cakes:
- 2 oz bittersweet ghirardelli chocolate
- 4 T butter
- 1 T plus 1 t sweet leaf brand sugar leaf sweetener* -- (or 1/4 cup sugar or 2T truvia)
- 1 whole egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 T gluten free all purpose flour ( or any all purpose flour)
- couple shakes of cinnamon (optional)
- vanilla (optional)
- nice T of spiced rum (optional)
- 1/4 t orange zest (optional) rub between your fingers w/sweetener to release the orange oil
softly melt the choc & butter while you get the eggs beaten well--whisked all together--baked in two ramekins at 415-420 degrees for 9.5 mins--should be soft to the touch on top
