ridiculous pizza sauce

i apologize for how simple this--

get a can of crushed tomatoes, we use red gold brand and cook it down halfway--done--

makes enough for two 12" crusts--

i mean add any kind of herbs you want or leave it as is--

i am very picky about my pizza sauce--i usually peel fresh tomatoes by dipping them in boiling water for a minute then plunging in ice water--the skins just peel right off--then slice the tomato and line my pizza with the slices--makes the best 'sauce' perfect consistency perfect flavor--but cooking down the crushed tomatoes gives an incredible sauce as well
