i'm not talking micky d's here -- i'm talking when i need a meal fast without busting my diet -- for me half the battle is having a plan--

half a banana sliced with peanut butter
and toothpick ;)
or apple slices

nuts nuts nuts

hard boiled eggs with or without salad

find a nice cereal to keep on hand--one that works for you
this is like tiny scoops of corn chips with
extra bits inside--tasty but a little sweet
i'd never eat this at the beginning of my weight loss
and the second ingredient is cane sugar so...
it was nice once
